We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If an item reaches you damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund. Because we can't resell used goods, we don't accept general change-of-mind returns; please check product details, sizes and specs before ordering, and reach out any time if you're unsure.
